RCPWT63A Wainwright 6’ ADA Picnic Table Set
BENCH ASSEMBLY:
Assembly is a two-person operation.
1. Inspect the shipping contents for damage
and to determine that all of the components
and hardware are present.
2. Locate the two bench supports and place them
the approximate distance of the seat on the
packaging cardboard or other soft surface to
avoid scratching the product.
3. Locate the seat channel and position it
between the two bench supports. Orient the
seat channel with the open side facing
downward. Hold the channel so that the side
mounting holes in the channel match up with
the mounting holes in the bench support.
Place a flat washer on one of the 1.25” hex
head bolts and insert the bolt through the
bench support and the bench channel. Put a
flat washer and hex nut on the end of the bolt
and tighten finger tight. Repeat this step for
both sides of the seat. Leave the hardware
finger tight so adjustments can be made
during assembly.
4. Place the two seat braces on top of the seat
channel. Make sure the center hole in the seat
brace aligns with the mounting hole in the seat
channel.
