RCPWT63A Wainwright 6’ ADA Picnic Table Set
TABLE ASSEMBLY:
Assembly is a two-person operation.
1. Inspect the shipping contents for damage
and to determine that all of the components
and hardware are present.
2. Locate the two table supports and place them
the approximate distance of the table on the
packaging cardboard or other soft surface to
avoid scratching the product.
3. Locate the table channel and position it
between the two table supports. Orient the
table channel with the open side facing
downward. Hold the channel so that the side
mounting holes in the channel match up with
the mounting holes in the table support. Place
a flat washer on one of the 1.25” hex head bolts
and insert the bolt through the table support
and the table channel. Put a flat washer and
hex nut on the end of the bolt and tighten
finger tight. Repeat this step for both sides of
the table. Leave the hardware finger tight so
adjustments can be made during assembly.
4. Place the two table braces on top of the table
channel. Make sure the center hole in the
table brace aligns with the mounting hole in
the table channel.
5. Locate the 1.5” x 5.5” center table plank and
place it over the table channel. Place six of the
table planks over the table supports and table
braces. NOTE: When laying out the planks,
make sure the surface of the planks with the
pre-drilled pilot holes faces downward.
6. Place one of the table end caps over each end
of the table planks.
