RCPWT63A Wainwright 6’ ADA Picnic Table Set
BENCH ASSEMBLY:
5. Place three seat planks over the seat
supports and seat braces. NOTE: When
laying out the planks, make sure the surface
with the pre-drilled pilot holes face
downward. Place the seat end cap over each
end of the seat planks.
6. Secure the end caps and planks using a 3”
carriage bolt through the center seat plank
and a 2.5” carriage bolt through the
remaining seat planks. Install a flat washer
and flange nut to each of the 3” carriage
bolts and install a flat washer, lock washer
and hex nut to each of the 2.5” carriage bolts.
Tighten the hardware finger tight so
adjustments can be made while installing the
Phillips head screws.
7. Using a driver with a No. 3 Phillips head bit,
drive a Phillips head screw through each of
the holes in the seat brace and seat supports
and into the matching pre-drilled holes in the
seat planks.
8. After the Phillips head screws are installed in
the seat planks, tighten the hardware on the
carriage bolts on the ends of the seat planks.
Tighten all of the hardware throughout the
seat. Move the assembled seat to the desired
location.
9. Repeat all of the steps for the second seat.
