7.4.2. Tire replacement and repair
The tires are "tubeless", so all punctures must be repaired by a tire repairman following the
procedures required for this type of tire.
7.4.3. Replacing the bulbs
The bulbs (12V18W) have a bayonet fitting and are installed in the socket,
which can be removed by turning it counterclockwise.
7.4.4. Replacing a fuse
The machine is equipped with 10A fuses. When it blows, the machine
stops, the dashboard light goes out, and the battery gradually runs out,
the machine will have trouble starting.
Remove the fuse and replace it with a fuse of the same type.
Important
A blown fuse should always be replaced with one of the same type and ampere rating, and
never with one of another rating.
7.4.5. Disassembly, replacement and assembly of the blades
Caveat
Always wear work gloves when handling blades. Before inspecting or removing the blade, stop
the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire.
Damaged or bent blades should always be replaced with original blades.
Make sure the blades are properly balanced. Be sure to put them back in the correct place by
referring to the code and turn the direction stamped on the outside of each blade.
Dismantling: Loosen the screw counterclockwise.
Mounting: Check that the concave part of the disc
washer presses against the blade.
Refit the axle hubs, making sure the key is securely in
place.
Tighten the screws:Tighten clockwise with a torque
wrench calibrated at 40~45N.m.
