2. Installation:
a) Motor, belt and belt cover:
The maximum sewing speed of this machine is 6500 s. p. m. and ordinary speed is 5000 s. p. m.
During the first 200 hours (or first month) of using the machine, please do not exceed 80% of the
ordinary speed which is 4000 s. p. m.
1) Use v belt according to the pulley and be sure the motor running direction is clockwise and
the motor belt tension can be pressed inward about 2 cm (Fig. A).
2) Don’t forget install the cover of the belt and pulley (Fig. B)
b) Table
top
installation:
Install the machine correctly referring to the
illustration. Set bolts and nuts to machine table and
put rubber cushions on bolts and rest the machine on
them securely.
If using rubber cushion to adjust the height of machine
then, must make sure there is no interference
between machine and table top, so can open up the oil
filter bolt and nut side cover without any problem.
