Currently Displayed
Channels (1CH)
The number of video channels that the system is currently displaying on the attached
viewing monitor.

Camera Number
or Title
Channel or camera titles with a maximum of four characters each. To change the camera
title, go to Camera Setup > Title Setup. See the Title Setup Section, page 25.

HDD available
space
The percentage of storage space remaining on the MDVR hard drive. The percentage
default displayed is 99 percent.

DVR Mode (1C)
1C = 1 drive, continuous record (HDD recycle). 1C is the default setting. To change the
record setting, from the Main Menu, select Record Setup, and then Record Mode. See the
HDD REC Mode Section, page 30.

Vehicle ID
The Vehicle ID number default is BUS00000000. Users can select from BUS, ID, TRAIN or
TAXI, and set an eight-digit identification number.

Live Audio Channel
A1 is the default audio channel for the local (onboard) monitor. Users can select one audio
channel at a time in order to hear audio for each camera. There are four channels.

Door Signal
D:-- The number one or two will display when the door is open. There are two door signals,
typically one for the front and one for the back. If both doors are open, D:12 will display. If
there are no signal wires connected with the doors, D:-- will continue to display. The door
signal is marked on the hard drive, and will display in playback.
