4)Humidity setting knob
: to set the percentage of humidity
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the value and anti-
clockwise to decrease it.
5)Thermometer
: during cooking it shows the value of the tem-
perature inside the oven.
6)Oven malfunction light
: comes on to indicate an appliance
malfunction requiring technical work to restore normal oper-
ation.
7)Mains light
: comes on to indicate that the electricity supply
is on.
8)Gas malfunction light
: comes on to indicate a gas system
malfunction requiring technical work to restore normal oper-
ation.
9)Temperature light
: indicates that heating of the oven is in
progress, goes out when the set temperature is reached.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Lighting
1- Operate the ap-
pliance's master
switch to con-
nect it to the
electrical mains.
2- Turn on the gas
supply tap

3- Turn on the wa-
ter supply tap.

setting) to turn
on the appli-
ance).
Turning off
Important
Always switch off the appliance after use.
1- Turn the knob

anti-clockwise (0 setting) to turn off the
appliance.
2- Turn off the gas supply tap
(A)

3- Turn off the water supply tap.
4- Cut off the mains electricity supply using the appliance's
master switch.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Important
Before performing a cooking cycle, the chamber must
be warmed up by carrying out a cycle empty.
At the end of the cycle the appliance shuts down and
a buzzer sounds.
Starting
1- Switch on the ap-
pliance (see page
5).
2- Turn the knob

clockwise and set
a cooking time of
15÷20 minutes.

clockwise and set
a cooking temper-
ature 40÷50°C
higher than the
required tempera-
ture, then perform
a cooking cycle
with no food in the
oven.

Stopping
The cooking cycle stops automatically at the end of the set time
and a buzzer sounds.
1- Turn the knob

anti-clockwise (0 setting) or open the door
to interrupt the cooking cycle at any moment.
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy period, proceed
as follows.
1- Turn off the gas supply tap.
2- Cut off the mains electricity supply using the appliance's
master switch.
3- Clean the appliance and the surrounding areas thoroughly.
4- Spread a film of edible oil over the stainless steel surfaces.
5- Carry out all the servicing procedures.
6- Cover the appliance and leave a few gaps to allow air to cir-
culate.
