ON/OFF key
Pressing the key for 5 sec the controller turns off and the sign blinks on the
display
When the button is repeatedly pressed the controller
lights up again, preparing itself to start an IFR slaughter
cycle.
Enter key
Allows access to a menu or parameter selection.
Manual defrost
: press the key

During a cycle

Menu/Esc key
Allows access to the main menu or return to the previous menu.
