SWITCHING THE APPLIANCE ON AND OFF
Proceed as follows.
Lighting
1)
Operate the appliance’s master switch to connect it
to the electrical mains.
2)
Turn on the gas supply tap.
3)
Turn on the water supply tap.
4)
Press button
(C)
to switch on the appliance.

The display

comes on, and after a few seconds
it shows the page

Important
The N value of the hours is the residual cooking
time between one wash and the next (max.12 h -
min. 1h).
6)
Tap the
OK
icon to reset and go to the next screen.
Always wash the oven chamber when you are done
cooking, using one of the automatic programs, or
using a semi-automatic washing program, for which
the cleaning product is manually added. After N hours
of using the oven, you will receive a notice to remind
you to do so; this notice will be repeated every hour,
until the washing is carried out.
Always check and decalcify the fan compartment in
the oven cooking chamber every 15 hours of steam
use, using an Automatic Decalcifi cation program or a
Semi-automatic Decalcifi cation program, for which the
decalcifying product is added manually. After Y hours
of using the steam, you will receive a notice to remind
you to do so; this notice will be repeated every hour,
until the decalcifi cation is carried out.

Important
The Y value of the hours is the residual water intro-
duction time in the chamber during a cooking pro-
cess available between one descaling and the next
(max 15h - min 1h).
Turning off
Important
Always switch off the appliance after use.

to switch off the appliance.
9)
Turn off the gas supply tap.
10)
Turn off the water supply tap.
11)
Turn off the appliance’s circuit breaker to discon-
nect it from the electrical mains.
