HOW TO OPERATE
HOW OFTEN
Water condenser
(machines equipped with
this device)
• Remove the cylinder heads and remove any
deposit (the operation must be carried out by
qualified personnel only).
• Every six months or as soon as the
cooling system shows signs of di-
minished performance.
Compressor oil
NB: chamber compressors in the
Challenge -E series are air-tight
and need no maintenance.
• Specific anti-freeze MOBIL EAL Artic 22 type oil
must be used or its equivalent.
• Every 4000 running hours but not
over every 24 months.
Cleaning of hydraulic filter
(machines with this device)
• Take out the filter and
clean the inner tube by
removing dirt or solid
particles.
• Put the parts together
again as shown in the
diagram and replace the
filter.
• Once a week.

Wet bulb gauze
(climatic machines)
• Visually check the condition
of gauze 1; it must be
elastic, clean, white and
must have no signs of
deposit.
• In order to replace the
gauze, slide out the probe
and place the new gauze in
position as shown in the
diagram.
• Each time a climatic
cycle is carried out.

SERIES
• Weekly.
NB: condensers in the CHALLENGE -E series are
smaller than the condensers in the other series.
• It is not necessary to open the rear door.
• Use either a domestic or an industrial vacuum cleaner
to remove all traces of dust from the outside.
• In order to make this operation easier, use the brushes
normally supplied with the vacuum cleaner.
