MxP2288’s firmware as well as the system browser can be updated remotely.
Use this menu to perform system update with the latest firmware which can be downloaded from our webpage.
MXP role: You can choose standalone or cascade.
Device name: You can rename the device name.
Network configuration: For configuration of IP address and its
related ports.
Unless required, you are recommended to change the IP
address only, leaving other setting such as port number as
default. Once the address has been changed to suit the environ-
ment, click the “save” button.
Authentication: You can alter the user name and password to
avoid unauthorised access to the system.
Default User name: admin
Default password: admin
