IPv6
The
growth
of
the
Internet
has
created
a
need
for
more
addresses
than
are
possible
with
IPv4.
IPv6
(Internet
Protocol
version
6)
is
a
version
of
the
Internet
Protocol
(IP)
intended
to
succeed
IPv4,
which
is
the
protocol
currently
used
to
direct
almost
all
Internet
traffic.
IPv6
also
implements
additional
features
not
present
in
IPv4.
It
simplifies
aspects
of
address
assignment
(stateless
address
auto
‐
configuration),
network
renumbering
and
router
announcements
when
changing
Internet
connectivity
providers.

IPv6
Configuration
The
IPv6
Configuration
setting
allows
user
to
set
the
IPv6
connection
type
to
access
the
IPv6
network.
This
gateway
supports
various
types
of
IPv6
connection,
including
Static
IPv6
,
DHCPv6
,
PPPoEv6
,
6to4
,
and
6in4
Note
:
For
the
products
just
having
3G/4G
WAN
interface,
only
6to4
and
6in4
are
supported.
