23. THREAD — LOOPERS BLOWING ADJUSTMENT
Proper blowing adjustment is a guarantee for grabbing a thread

on the needle protector

and clean area
in loopers section:
a) Fold the machine head, loose the screw
➌
and move with the tube holder
➍
nearly to the
loopers (to the left). Rotate the hand wheel
➎
and check, if the loopers do not hit the holder
with tube.
b) Lower the head and sew one buttonhole.
c) If the air supply is too poor, loose the valve

and adjust it to the optimal position.
d) If is possible to regulate the blowing duration on the cycle finish with the parameter
