Malfunctions and their removal
ATTENTION: Before carry out repairings, because of no function of raising or lowering,
check if the lift will be extended completely. (If the don’t extended
completely the power supply will be blocked).
Reason: In following situations the lift can inserting unintentional
1.
If driving down from the platform with electrical-wheelchair by driving force, the
platform could be inserting back in the box because of slippage.
2.
In a sloping street or if the vehicle will be standing sloping, an inserting of the
platform could be possible.
3.
During extending the platform a hindrance stands in the way of the platform,
for example: an extreme high pavement.
Adjustment of the correct neutral position of the platform
drive direction
Pay attention in cause of parallel lifting arms!
1.
Lift extends to high:
1.
Extend platform.
2.
Lower platform.
3.
Knock light onto the left switch contact.
4.
Bring platform from above in neutral position and insert.
5.
Trial run (If the platform does not insert smooth, repeat this event).
2.
Lift insert to deep:
1.
Extend platform.
2.
Raise platform.
3.
Knock light under the left switch contact.
4.
Sink the platform till neutral position and insert.
5.
Trial run (If the platform does not insert smooth, repeat this event).
ATTENTION
:
Never unscrew the screw of the switch contact!
Only adjustments of maximum 1 mm are allowed!
