Password Storage
The password is stored in CMOS RAM after
Setup completes. The next time the system
boots, the end user is prompted for the
password if the password function is
present and has been enabled.
Using a Password
The end user must enter the new password
when the password prompt appears and then
press <Enter>. The end user should use the
default password if CMOS RAM is corrupted.
The end user should keep a record of the
new password when the password is changed.
If he forgets the password and password
protection is enabled he must return the
system to the manufacturer for repair.
