1. Q: If I would like to install a mini-PCIe WiFi card on Z170 E, how do I connect the WiFi antennas and

mini-PCIe WiFi card?

If the connection wires between WiFi antennas and mini-PCIe WiFi card are less than 26 cm, please refer to

the following steps.
Step 1. Loosen the five screws marked in yellow circles on the back side of Z170 Extreme 7+. Then remove
the I/O cover.

Step 2. Use the red wires to connect the mini-PCIe WiFi card to WiFi antenna ports on the I/O port.
