4.3 Analysis type Blast round scan

In an analysis of type

Blasting round scan

, the user can select one or multiple construction

stages to analyse the measured point clouds from. The measured point clouds of different

excavation steps can be automatically merged together. Only the relevant parts of the scan

will be used to create the model. The result will be a complete measured model of the tunnel

from different scans.
As an example you can merge different excavation scans from the top heading, invert and

base together.
It is also possible to merge different point cloud parts from different construction stages (E.g

Shotcrete layer one and Shotcrete layer two in multiple scans) together to create a complete

picture of the shotcrete layer one.

4.3.1 Add analysis wizard

To create a pointcloud analysis, right-click on the

Analysis

node of the heading in the

Project

tree

and select

Add point cloud analysis...

from the context menu. The

New analysis wizard

will guide you through the steps described below.
