10.1.2 Conversion from operational to transport position
WARNING
Instruct people to leave the swivel area of the machine wing be-
fore you fold the machine wing out or in.
Observe maximum transport height of 13 ft / 4 m!
The execution of some hydraulic functions can take a little longer.
Make sure that the hydraulic cylinders are able to move in and out to
the limit of their stop positions.
1. Actuate the tractor control unit

Raise the implement completely.
2. Set the smallest working depth.
This ensures compliance with the authorised transport width.
3. Reduce the spindle length of the support wheels to 22 in / 550
mm.

4. Put the side elements into transport position.
5. Swivel in and secure the spacer elements on the drawbar cylin-
der.
6. Rear harrow (optional): Before folding the implement install the
transport safety bar.
7. Lift and secure the cutting roller.
8. Actuate the tractor control unit

Fold in the implement.
9. Actuate the

tractor control unit against unintentional actua-
tion.
10. Actuate the tractor control unit

Lower the implement so that the transport height does not ex-
ceed 13 ft / 4 m.
