The charge status can be checked on the battery at any time.
There are two LED lights below the charging plug on the charger.
LED 1 and LED 2 light up red: the charger is switched on, charging is in progress.
LED 2 lights green: battery fully charged, charging process completed.
NOTE
A rise in battery temperature during charging is normal. The temperature
is monitored electronically. In the event of overheating, the battery
management system interrupts the charging process.
The charging of the battery is automatically controlled by the electronics
of the charger. Overcharging is not possible electronically.
In principle, it is permissible to interrupt the charging process during
charging.
•
When charging is complete, switch off the charger and unplug the power cord from the
wall outlet. Never pull or twist the power cord, only pull the plug.
•
Only then remove the currentless charging plug from the battery charging socket. Never
pull the charging cable, only pull the adapter of the charging plug.
•
Now close the sealing cap on the battery and make sure that the sealing cap fits exactly.
