Speed is too slow.
— Power supply cable is not connected to blower motor.
— Speed control cable is not connected to blower motor.
— Blower motor is blocked, rotation is impeded, or motor is
faulty.

Speed is to slow.
— Power supply cable is not connected to blower motor
