Temporarily connect the main
power cable from the power
switch (located on the front
cover) to its corresponding
connector on the bottom of
the power box. See labels on
the box to identify cable/
connectors pairs.
Diagnostic Mode
The following three checks require that you place the system in the diagnostic mode. The
diagnostic mode allows you to operate the treadmill independently from the pressure
control system. To put the system into diagnostic mode do the following:
1.
Plug the system in.
2.
Turn the system on with the power switch. After booting up the display should read
“0”.
3.
Place the system in the diagnostic mode by simultaneously pressing the %Weight “+”
and “–“ keys. The display will change from “0” to an error code.
4.
Press START. The treadmill display will become active and it can now be operated.
Check Drive Belt Tension
1.
Remove the treadmill motor cover.
Check all cable connections. Check
the drive belt tension. Pinch the
belt midway between the pulley's
and twist. You should be able to
twist the belt 45 degrees. Less than
45, loosen the belt; more than 45
degrees, tighten the belt.
2.
To change belt tension the motor is
rotated by tightening or loosening a
tensioning hook. The hook extends
through the motor pan. A 7/16”
wrench is used to tighten or loosen
the corresponding nut located
