During each program you can adjust the intensity but the timers are programmed and cannot 
be adjusted. Each program (when completed) will switch the unit off. 

Electrodes

 

High quality elastic electrodes are supplied for use with SSFZ option. 

Make sure the wrist is clean and free from grease or dirt. Place the metal side of the elec-
trode on the inside of each wrist, over the ulnar and radial arteries (where the pulse is lo-
cated) on each wrist. Adjust the wrist strap so the electrode fits comfortably and does not 
move or slide off the correct position.
