Assemble
the
cutter
housing
by
inserting
the
worm
shaft,
cutting
blade
and
screw
the
screw
ring
properly.

Attach
the
cutter
disc
to
the
cutter
housing.

the
tray
on
the
upright
part
of
the
cutter
housing.

The
unit
is
ready
for
mincing
use
the
pusher
to
push
down
the
meat
into
the
cutter
housing.

Cut
meat
into
10cm
long
and
2
cm
thick
strip.
Remove
the
bones,
gristles
as
much
as
possible.

frozen

Attach
the
cutter
housing
to
the
motor
unit.

Assemble
the
cutter
housing
by
inserting
the
worm
shaft,
cutting
blade
and
screw
the
screw
ring
properly.

Make
sure
the
notches
of
the
separator
fit
onto
the
projections
of
the
minces
head.

Place
the
tray
on
the
upright
part
of
the
cutter
housing.

The
unit
is
ready
for
mincing
use
the
pusher
to
push
down
the
meat
into
the
cutter
housing.(Fig.4)
6.
Put
the
sausage
skin
in
lukewarm
water
for
10
minutes.
Then
slide
the
wet
skin
onto
the
sausage
horn.
7.
Push
the
(Seasoned)
minced
meat
into
the
cutter
housing.
If
the
skin
gets
stuck
onto
the
sausage
horn,
wet
it
with
some
water.
