TCP Checksum Offload (IPv6)
The TCP Checksum Offload (IPv6) function enables the adapter to
compute the TCP checksum of transmitting IPv6 packets and verify the
TCP checksum of receiving IPv6 packets in order to load off from the
CPU.
To enable or disable the TCP Checksum Offload (IPv6) feature, do the
following:
1. Access the Device Manager on your operating system.
See “Accessing Advanced Properties” on page 47.
2. Select
TCP Checksum Offload (IPv6)
in the Property box.
The TCP Checksum Offload (IPv6) page is displayed as shown in
Figure 43.
