7.4  Motor Zoom Lens Adjustment 

When using an 

ALGE-TIMING

  Motor Zoom Lens it is possible to control it directly  from the 

OPTIc2NET software. Adjustable are focus, iris and zoom. 
 
Please note that the adjustment of each function works very slowly (smooth adjustment) at 
the beginning and speeds up the longer you click on the button.

to have the best focus for objects far from the camera

Iris: 

<bright>:  opens the iris to brighten up the picture 
<dark>:   closes the iris to darken the picture

Zoom: 

<small>:  zooms out of the picture (wide angle) 
<large>:   zooms into the picture to enlarge objects

Electronic Brightness Adjustment - Intensity/Brightness: 

It is possible to electronically adjust the brightness. Ideal adjustment is in the middle, so 
this also allows automatic brightness adjustment.
