Connect the dongle to a PC; click to run program from the USB drive and share the PC screen.
For both methods, user doesn’t need repeat the above steps for a repeat plug-in.
The Launcher program "ALF-WirelessMedia for Windows" and "ALF-WirelessMedia
Pro for Windows"
includes, by default, an additional virtual driver "ExtendedDesktop" to optionally install the Windows 10
Extended Desktop functionality, if, and when needed. This may require admin rights.
7.5 Clean files of older versions of Launcher program in
Laptop
Older version “ALF-WirelessMedia” files left in the PC may influence the performance of the newer “ALF-
WirelessMedia” program. Currently, it is required to manually clear the files, before using the newly updated
“ALF-WirelessMedia” firmware’s.
Steps:
1. Find the place where the remaining “ALF-WirelessMedia” programs are stored. Normally, these files are
stored in the C:\Users\**(user name)\AppData\Local\”ALF-WirelessMedia”, as shown below.
2. If the “*.service“ “*.serviceC3” cannot be removed, and displays the alert message as below, please
use combined hot key to open the task manager by pressing “
Ctrl+Alt+Delete ”, as shown below:
