Do not allow the unit to be operated when process media is in the pipeline or tank.

When an external sensor is fitted to indicate the open or closed position it shall be
suitable for the zone in use.
In addition to the above mentioned precautions relating to the ATEX guidelines Directive
94/9/EC of March 23 1994, the Safety Precautions on page 48 must be observed.
