About Your ATS9353
Thank you for your purchase of an ATS9353. This PCI Express (PCIe Gen 2 x4)
based waveform digitizer has the following features:

Two 12-bit resolution analog input channels

Real-time sampling rate of 500 MS/s to 1 KS/s with internal clock and
500 MS/s to 25 MS/s with external clock

On-board acquisition memory buffer of 128 Megasamples per channel
•
Streaming of acquired data to PC host memory at 1.6 GB/s (exact rate is
motherboard dependent)
•
250 MHz analog input bandwidth
•
Variable frequency external clock (500 MHz to 25 MHz) and 10 MHz

Analog external trigger channel with software-selectable level and slope

All ATS9353 digitizers follow industry-standard Plug and Play specifications on all
platforms and offer seamless integration with compliant systems.
Please note that Master/Slave operation is not possible with ATS9353.
