Fill tank till the Oil is visible in the sight Gauge
(See
Figure 33 & 34).
This will fill tank for the start but it will have to filled again later. Read Step 6 a must.
6.
Fill Suction Hose with Oil.
This is an important step that must be done.
Remove the Suction Hose at the Tank (See
Figure 6) and fill the hose with clean oil, THIS IS A MUST DO. The Suction Hose must be filled with Oil
to prevent Dry start up of Pump. Dry start up of PUMP can damage the Pump. After filling suction Hose
reinstall it and tighten down Hose Clamp.
