Menu Operation in DTV Mode (Cont.)
Lock Menu
Press MENU button to display the main menu.
Press / button to select LOCK in the main menu, it will highlight the first option.
Lock System
Press / button to select Lock System, then press / button to select On or Off. This
item is used to turn on/off Lock System.
NOTES:
To set Lock System and adjust other lock menus, you need to enter the password
first and the factory default password is “0000”. If you forget your password, enter the master
password “4711” to reset it.
Once you entered the password, turn on Lock System to adjust other lock menu settings.
Set Password
Press / button to select Set Password, then enter a 4 digit to set your new password.
Enter the exactly same 4 digit again to confirm your new password. (Default password is
‘0000’.)
Block Program
Press / button to select Block Program, then press
/
button to select the program
you want to block. Press GREEN Button to block it.
Parental Guidance
Press / button to select Parental Guide, then press / button to select available
options: BLOCK ALL, G AND ABOVE, PGR AND ABOVE, AO AND ABOVE, NO BLOCK.
Key Lock
Press / button to select Key Lock, then press

button to select On or Off.

This allows you to turn the system lock on or off. When this option is “on”, you cannot manually
search and adjust channels. To change this setting, you must enter a password first.
Set Password

and then enter your new password twice to finish setting.
