Possible Cause Remedy
1) Engine flooded
2) Fuel supply is restricted
3) Contaminated fuel
4) Air leak to the intake system
5) Air filter is blocked
6) Exhaust is blocked
7) Water in the fuel system
8) Weak spark at the plug
9) Tight tappets
1) Remove spark plug and clean/replace.
2) Check fuel pipes for kinks.
3) Drain and replenish fuel. Contact your AJS
Dealer
4) Check intake hoses for air leaks
5) Check the air filter for contamination and
blockages
6) Check the exhaust system for blockages
7) Drain the fuel system. Drain the fuel tank.

9) Adjust the tappets to 0.15mm clearance each.
