BRIDGE NDI 3G Conversion Gateway Appliance v1.0 57 www.aja.com

 

Here are the steps to output NDI from the following applications: 

OBS

You will  first need to download the OBS Studio NDI Plugin by Palakis on GitHub 

(https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi/releases) 
STEPS: 
1.  Open OBS and select Tools in the header 
2.  From the drop-down menu, select NDIPlugin.Menu. OutputSettings. 
3.  Here you have the option to select the program and or preview content as 

individual NDI outputs. 

4.  After making your selection hit OK. *(Once selected, you will see the 

system/source information become available for subscription on the Bridge 

NDI Source/Destination page and now can be selected on the I/O page as 

an NDI-to-SDI source.)

vMix

No extra downloads are required to use NDI with vMix. 
STEPS:
1.  Open vMIx and select the Gear Icon next to the "External" Tab at the bottom 

of the window. 

2.  From the drop-down menu, select "Output/NDI/SRT Settings" 
3.  You can customize up to four separate NDI outputs to display the Output, 

Preview, MultiView, Replay, or individual Inputs, by selecting the "NDI ON" 

buttons next to the Output selection options. 

4.  You can also activate the "Cameras/Calls/ Audio Inputs" and /or "Audio 

Outputs as separate NDI Outputs. 

5.  Select OK. 
6.  Select the "External" Tab to activate your NDI Output selections. *(Once 

selected, you will see the system/source information become available for 

subscription on the Bridge NDI Source/Destination page and now can be 

selected on the I/O page as an NDI-to-SDI source.)

Wirecast

No extra downloads are required to use NDI with Wirecast.  
STEPS: 
1.  Open Wirecast and select Output from the header. 
2.  From the drop-down menu, select NDI Output and then Start. 
3.  The default will be set to Match Canvas or you can customize the NDI 

output from the raster and frame rates that are listed. *(Once selected, you 

will see the system/source information become available for subscription 

on the Bridge NDI Source/Destination page and now can be selected on the 

I/O page as an NDI-to-SDI source.)

NLE Software (Adobe, Final Cut Pro, Avid)

NOTE:  A/V Sync may be off when using Non-linear editors such as Premiere. This is a 

known issue.
