INDICATIONS
1.1 - APPLICATION
MOBYNEB is an aerosol therapy device for administering drugs in spray form.
MOBYNEB incorporates a series of innovative solutions that allow rapid and effective therapeutic treatment of the upper and lower airways.
The PERFECTA kit (neb spacer mask) and mouthpiece are effective in treating disorders of the lower airways (including bronchial
asthma, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema and cystic fibrosis).
The RINOWASH nasal douche is used for treating infections of the upper airways and for physiological flushing (with physiological or hypertonic
solution or spa water) and/or therapeutic flushing (with drugs) of the nasal cavities.
The administration of drugs requires a medical prescription specifying the type of drug, the dosage and the length of treatment.
This aerosol therapy device and its accessories have been designed and made in Italy in accordance with EU Directive 93/42/EC
regarding medical devices (and subsequent updates) and bear the CE mark.
This product complies with the restriction on the use of certain hazardous substances in electric and electronic devices (European
Directive 2011/65/EU).
Device protected against finger access to hazardous parts and drops of water falling from above (IP21).

The device must be dismantled at the end of its lifecycle and disposed of in special bins.

1.3 - IMPORTANT NOTES
• Read the instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
• Do not use the device or accessories for anything other than the intended purpose.
• Children must only be allowed to use the device under the supervision of an adult who has read and understands the
instructions.
• Some components are small enough to swallow and may lead to suffocation.
• The power cable and connecting pipe are long enough to pose a strangulation hazard.
• Read the list of components in the table in section 7 to see if there are any components that have caused an allergic
reaction in the past.
• Do not use essential oils (e.g. with menthol or eucalyptus) as they are not compatible with the material of which the
nebuliser is made.
• During the session, the device must stand on a firm flat surface.
• Never cover the air vents during operation.
• Keep well away from sources of heat.
• Do not touch the plug, switch or cable with wet or damp hands.
• Device protected against finger access to hazardous parts and drops of water falling from above (IP21).
• Do not pour water or other liquids onto the device.
• Do not use in the bath or shower.
• If the device should fall into liquid, unplug before removing it. Do not use the device. Send it to an approved service centre
for an overhaul.
• Beware of compressed air coming out of the air outlet as this may cause a hazard; it must only be used to supply the
nebuliser.
• The device is not suitable for use in the presence of anaesthetic mixtures with air, oxygen or nitrogen protoxide.
• Performance of the device is only guaranteed if all the accessories used are original ones. Only original spare parts must
be used.
• The manufacturer declares that the device has a useful life of at least 5 years.
