Operating Controls
With the PenCam Plot, short video sequences can be taken and via. The
USB Cable transferred and saved to the computer. You can use the included
software to edit or change the data as desired.
There are two memory types for saving captured data:
•
128Mbit Flash-Memory, used to save pictures even when the batteries
are removed.
•
128Mbit SDRAM, to save video data. The memory will be erased when
the batteries are removed.
The camera offers two resolutions for taking pictures:
•
High resolution = 1248x960 dpi.
Using this resolution, approx. 50 pictures can be taken.
•
Low resolution = 640x480 dpi.
Using this resolution, approx. 160 pictures can be taken.
Note:
The pictures will be internally compressed when saved. The
degree of compression and memory space may vary, depending on the
motive. The maximum number of pictures available may vary due to this.
The camera offers two resolutions for capturing videos:
•
High resolution = 624x480 dpi.
Using this resolution, a 30 sec. Video can be captured.
•
Low resolution = 304x240 dpi.
Using this resolution, a 120 sec. Video can be captured.
Press the Mode-Button to turn the camera on. An acoustic signal should be
herd and the LCD-Display should also come on.

The camera will shut down automatically after 60 seconds.
