Chamber
Conditions:

Burner removed, see
“Removing, Cleaning
and Installing the Burner” on page I-60.
Tools and material:

Industrial vacuum cleaner
î
Nylon bristle brush
î
Torch lamp
Check Procedure:
These procedures should be per-
formed through the burner open-
ing. Do not remove the burner
plate, as it could damage the seals
and insulation.
1.
Using a torch lamp, visually check the condi-
tion of the combustion chamber. If it is dirty,
clean it.

Cleaning Procedure
1.
Using a nylon bristle brush, sweep the walls
of the combustion chamber.
2.
Using an industrial vacuum cleaner, remove
all deposits from the combustion chamber
heating surfaces.
