10.2 Decommissioning and
recomissioning
WARNING
Work on the electrical system.
Contact with live parts may result in electric
shock.
Only qualified staff may carry out work
on the electrical system.
Observe the electrical safety rules prior
to commencing work.
1. Disconnect the unit.
2. Secure the unit against reconnection.

Reasons for shutdown by operating personnel
Damage to unit.
WARNING
Decommissioning of the unit.
Contact with live parts may cause electric
shock.
Only previously trained staff must turn
off the unit.
Disconnect the appliance and secure it
against reconnection.
Steps for decommissioning
Move the goods to another appliance with the
same product temperature class.
Disconnect the unit

Switch off circuit breakers used with the appli-
ance and secure them against reconnection
(

2.
Switch off the appliance circuit by removing the
mains plug and secure against reconnection
(see
→ chapter 8.1).
Longer decommissioning
NOTICE

Do not place anything in or on the unit
Store the unit in a stable operating position (hori-
zontal alignment).
