Driving wheels
•
Remove the drive wheels from the axle at
the end of the season and clean them.
•
Refill the inner part of the hub (E/1) with
good grease.
•
Lubricate the face end of the ball wheel
(E/2) and the surfaces of the overrunning
clutch (E/3).
•
Install the wheels (A/11) such that the tip of
the tyre pattern points in driving direction
(seen from above). This provides full traction
power.
•
Do not tighten the nut (E/4) to the stop - the
wheel must turn with a small amount of play.
•
Secure the nut with a new cotter pin.
•
Check the tyre pressure (0.8 bar) of the
wheels frequently. Make sure that the tyre
pressure of both wheels is the same to en-
sure effortless driving.
•
Check the tyre pressure of the wheels fre-
quently. For smooth driving ensure that the
tyre pressure in both wheels is the same.
Never exceed the maximum tyre pressure!
The max. tyre pressure is shown on the side
of the tyre.
There is a risk of explosion from ex-
cessive tyre pressure.
