Installation Note N5230-90022

Step 8. Install the 50 GHz Top to Bottom Cables

1. Place the analyzer on its side as shown in 

Figure 11

. New parts are listed in 

Table 1 on 

page 4

.

2. Insert cables W3 and W6 into the analyzer in the direction indicated by the arrows. It may 

be necessary to guide the other end of the cables, on the top side of the analyzer, as they 
are being inserted.

3. Loosely connect cables W3 and W6 at the locations shown in 

Figure 11

 and 

Figure 12

. Once 

all connectors are loosely connected, tighten the connectors.
