Insert the device under test, a 8163xA/B Power Sensor, into a slot of
the 8163A/B mainframe. Make sure the optical input of the Device
Under Test (DUT), 8163xA, is not receiving any light by placing a
plastic cap over the input. Move to the DUT Power Meter channel,
