3. Installation
PNEG-2339 Flex-Flo Unloader Kit 17
Installing the Clear Access Door Assembly
1. Align the access door (16) with the door opening in the unloader assembly (23). (See Figure 3N.)
2. Place the two door clamps (17) to the inside of the unloader assembly (23) and secure the door
clamps (17) to the access door (16) using 5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" studs (1). (See Figure 3N.)
NOTE: Install 5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" studs (1) with bolt head on the inside of the unloader assembly (23).

3. Secure the access door (16) to the unloader assembly (23) by installing a 5/16" washer (7)
and 5/16" wing nut (10) to each of the 5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" studs (1) in the door clap assembly (19).
