4. Install the boot (27) to the tank collar (32) using 5/16" x 1" truss head screws (4), 5/16" nylon washers
(6) and 5/16" nylon nuts (8). (See Figure 3I.)
NOTE: Install 5/16" x 1" screws (4) from the inside of the tank collar (32). Snug tighten the hardware.

Installing the Slide Gate with New Boot
1. For the new boot (27): The rain cover (28) in the transfer plate (22) is factory assembled on the
opposite side of the slide gate (14) opening. (See detail A on Figure 3J .) Remove the rain cover (28)
and assemble on the slide gate (14) opening side while installing the unloader with the boot (27).
