ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTROL DESCRIPTION
1) "Cycle start" button
: to start the
automatic wrapping cycle.

Stop cycle" button
: to stop the au-
tomatic wrapping cycle.
3) "Reset" button
: either to reset the
machine before re-starting it after
an emergency stop, or to re-start the
machine after a stop caused by a
power supply interruption.
4) "Carriage descent" manual but-
ton
: press to lower the carriage and
press again to stop.
5) "Presser up/down" manual but-
ton
: press to change presser posi-
tion (up or down).
6) "Carriage stop" button
: it stops the reel carriage
during the winding phases, so that a higher
number of wrappings can be carried out in the
same point of the pallet.
To carry out a higher number of binding operations
in the same point of the pallet it is possible to select
one of the following modes.
– Press button and keep it pressed for more than
2 seconds. Until the button is kept pressed, the
carriage continues to wrap the pallet in the same
point. When the button is released, the carriage
starts the standard wrapping cycle again.
– Press pulse button for less than 2 seconds
(max. 5 pulses). The rotating table carries out a
number of revolutions corresponding to the
number of set pulses and the carriage continues
to wrap the pallet in the same point. At the end
of the set number of pulses the carriage starts
the standard wrapping cycle again.
Information
The display shows the number of reinforcement
wrappings that have not been carried out yet.
In order to stop the counting of the reinforcement
wrappings press button and keep it pressed for
more than 2 seconds. When releasing the button,
the carriage starts the standard winding cycle
again.

SYNOPTIC PANEL DESCRIPTION
The LED indicates which part of the ma-
chine is in bad conditions.
The abbreviation indicating the alarm
appears on the display (see § 8.1.).
1) "Reel carriage lifting motor"
alarm
: indicates a motor failure.
2) "Pre-stretch motor" alarm
: indi-
cates a motor failure.
3) "Film breakage" alarm (707)
: indi-
cates that the film is torn or the reel
is empty.
4) "Main inverter" alarm
: indicates in-
verter overheating.
5) "Clamp unit" alarm
: indicates clamp unit malfunc-
tion.
6) "Rotating table blocked" alarm
: indicates that ta-
ble rotation is blocked by an obstacle or malfunc-
tion.
