14. After all clusters are unpackaged, systematically raise each Bio-Brush

vertically and feed each of the yellow float ropes through the access port
of the tank and tie the ropes to the screws, Figure 9, Mounting Screw
Location Detail.

When complete, the Bio-Brushes will be vertical. See. Figure 36, Vertical
Brushes.  Upon completion, each rope should be tied to a screw, see Figure
37, Secure Brush Ropes.  All of the blue ends of the floats shall be aligned
towards the outlet side of the tank.
