9.3 Adjustments Before First Firing
WARNING!
•
The first start-up of the burner must be carried out by qualified personnel, as indicated in this
manual and in compliance with the standards and regulations of the laws in force.
•
Ensure that all adjustment, command and safety devices are operating correctly
Adjustments Before First Firing
1. Ensure that the gas supply company has carried out the supply line vent operations,
eliminating air or inert gases from the piping.
2. Slowly open the manual valves situated upstream of the gas train.
3. Adjust the minimum gas pressure switch shown in Figure 9-6 to the
start
of the scale.

4. Adjust the maximum gas pressure switch shown in Figure 9-7 to the
end
of the scale.
