The control has to be carried out by a device provided by the user for systems without 
integrated timer. Contacts can be used for this purpose as shown in  

Figure  7  or  voltage 

outputs, as shown in  Figure 8. See also chapter 9.3 Setting of the Timer.

Three-phase systems can be interconnected from three individual Thyro-E systems. In this 
case, only one of the three systems has to be equipped with a timer. Such a three-phase 
system would consequently consist of one Thyro-E System 3A-xxx E 

T

 and two Thyro-E 

System 3A-xxx E. Besides the respective other phase connection (L1, L2, L3), control 
signals have to be interconnected in addition so that one timer can be used by all systems.
