NOTE
When accessing a directory for the first time, the file search may
►
take several minutes depending on the number of audio files
contained in the directory. During the first time read-in, the IR
4430 will write an index file called “reciva_media_cache*” into the
respective directory. This index will speed up the file search when
the IR 4430 accesses the directory the next time.
After adding or removing a file from a shared directory, the index file
must be updated. To do so, select the item “Read directory” in the
“Shared” menu.
Select the tracks to be displayed by “By artist“ or “By album“.
Select the file you want to play back. The device will display “Add
to playlist”.
