Place the battery into the battery compartment with
the positive pole at the top.
Close the battery compartment again.
Plug the remote control onto the mounting bracket
cover until it clicks into place.

Start-up
To protect against theft remove the front panel. Do not
keep the front panel in the car.
NOTE
Keep the front panel in its casing.

Do not touch the contacts on the unit or on the

front panel.
Attach Front Panel
Set the control panel with the left-hand side first into
the frame.
Then push the right-hand side in until it clicks into
place.
Flip the control panel up until it clicks into place.
Ensure the front panel is attached properly. If the front
panel is not attached properly this can cause malfunc-
tions.
Detach Front Panel
Press the release button (1) and flip the control panel
down.
Then pull gently on the right-hand side of the control
panel to detach the control panel.
Replace the remote control batteries
The battery of the remote control is a long life lithium cell.
If the range of the remote control becomes shorter whilst
in use, follow the steps below:
Open the battery compartment (17) of the remote
control.
Replace the cell with a battery of the same type (CR
2025). Make sure that the polarity is correct.
Close the battery compartment.
If the remote control is not in use for long periods, please
remove the battery to prevent “leakage” of battery acid.

Do not expose batteries to intense heat or direct sun-
light. Never throw batteries into a fire.

Batteries should not be disposed of with household was-
te. Take spent batteries to designated collection points
or to a dealer.
