ALGO – algorithm selection
With the command ALyO the algorithm can be selected. Depending on the algorithm, the reader adapts
its communication to the transponder suitable for the chip type respectively data format that shall be
used. In some algorithms specific commands are provided additionally. For example the selective read
and write commands (RD, WD) are only supported with read write transponders and its algorithms. This
algorithm specific commands are listed in the “Addon_A..” documents.
Which reading algorithms are available dends on the type of reader, not every reader type supports all
types of transponders.
