Example 2: IPv4 Dynamic and Static DHCP server

The range of allocated addresses is from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.4.

The address is allocated for 600 seconds (10 minutes).

The client with the MAC address 01:23:45:67:89:ab has the IP address
192.168.1.10.

The client with the MAC address 01:54:68:18:ba:7e has the IP address
192.168.1.11.
