RSB-4221 supports a DC-Jack header that connects 12V DC external power input.

2.2.2.19 Recovery (SW2)
RSB-4221 supports a recovery function when it runs on Android OS. Under Linux OS
the recovery button (SW2) is useless. You must press SW2 for about 5 seconds as
the board powers up. Generally speaking, you can find the following string under
console when the system enters recovery mode:
